Building Trust Through Open Development
Our journey in automated testing began with a simple belief — great software testing shouldn't be a mystery. Since 2022, we've opened our doors to show exactly how we build, test, and deliver frameworks that actually work for real development teams.
Our Development Journey
Foundation & First Framework
Started in a small office in Chiang Mai with three developers. Our first automated testing framework took eight months to build — we documented every decision, every failure, every breakthrough.
Open Source Commitment
Released our core testing components as open source. The Thailand developer community helped us find bugs we missed and suggested features we hadn't considered.
Real-World Testing Program
Partnered with 12 local startups to test our frameworks in actual production environments. We shared all performance data and lessons learned publicly on our blog.
Community-Driven Features
Now 60% of our new features come from user feedback. We publish quarterly reports showing exactly what we built, why we built it, and how it performed in real applications.
What's Next for 2025
Transparency isn't just about sharing what we've done — it's about being honest about where we're going and why. Here's what we're working on for the rest of 2025 and into 2026.
- Real-time framework performance dashboard available to all users
- Monthly community calls where we demo new features before release
- Open bug bounty program launching in June 2025
- Partnership with Chiang Mai University for research collaboration
- Quarterly business health reports including financial transparency
We're also planning something bigger — a testing framework certification program that we'll develop completely in the open. Every curriculum decision, every teaching method, every assessment criteria will be documented and shared as we build it.
